The RSSD Series Non-Elastomeric Circulating Sliding Sleeve is a high-performance pressure-equalizing device that enables tubing-to-annulus connectivity, facilitating fluid circulation and selective zone production. Externally installed, it supports hydraulic packer setting and verifies seal integrity between the packer and tubing string.

•Precision-positioned high-strength thermoplastic diffuser ring controls fluid/gas surge during shifting to protect upper packing and enable gradual high-differential equalization, minimizing tool string damage.
•Mill-slot flow ports (instead of drilled holes) on housing and insert boost flow area, reduce erosion, and enhance torque and tensile strength.
•Threaded connections integrated into the primary seal stack eliminate O-ring thread seals and cut potential leak paths.
•Locking angled torque shoulder allows higher torque and prevents thread back-off; modular design enables RSSD configuration conversion via upper/lower sub swaps, with proprietary non-elastomeric/elastomeric compounds optimizing seal performance for diverse environments.
