TUBING-RETRIEVABLE CHECK VALVES
Description
Each gas lift valve is fitted with a reverse flow check valve upon mandrel installation, which prevents fluid backflow from tubing to casing during well gas injection. Constructed from stainless steel or premium-grade materials to resist corrosion, the valve’s check dart stays seated against its seal until pressure differential above the dart triggers movement, blocking unwanted casing backflow.
Features
• Specialized seat design eliminates backflow risks, shielding casing integrity and reducing associated maintenance expenses
• Bottom-end NPD threading enables simple attachment of 2 or 3 valves in series, enhancing leak prevention capabilities for added operational security
• Internal INCONEL spring delivers robust resistance to extreme temperatures and harsh corrosives, extending valve service life and ensuring long-term operational reliability
