Production-Operated Valves have INCONEL springs, use tubing pressure for function, feature a unique seat design to reduce injection pressure build-up, and suit continuous flow gas lift applications as well as dual gas lift systems under unstable conditions.

Features

• Wireline retrievable (no full tubing pull for maintenance/exchange), compatible with all standard top latches, and available in bottom latch model

• INCONEL spring-loaded, 1/8” to 3/16” port size, temperature-insensitive, with optional high-pressure springs and max travel stop (prevents bellows stacking, extends cycle life)

• Has reverse flow check valve (elastomer primary/metal-to-metal secondary seal, avoids costly workovers), 3Ply MONEL silver-brazed bellows (internal guidance prevents corkscrewing, boosts durability), plus customizable seat (including Tungsten Carbide) and packing element materials
