Description

The valves enable continuous/intermittent operations, kick off high-production-fluid wells, integrate with water flood systems, and fit casing/tubing flow setups per side pocket porting configuration.

• Wireline-retrievable (no full tubing pull for maintenance) with top/bottom latch options and universal compatibility with standard top latches.

• Applicable 3-ply MONEL bellows with travel stops (prevents stacking), internal guidance (avoids corkscrewing), and silicon fluid fill (blocks hydrostatic pressure, reduces vibration/chattering to protect seats and extend cycle life).

• Dual reverse flow protection: fundamental tubing-to-casing check valve and dedicated check valve (elastomer primary/metal-to-metal secondary seal) to avoid costly workovers.

• Nitrogen-charged dome-and-bellow design, easily replaceable MONEL/tungsten carbide seats, and optional packing elements matching well conditions for easy servicing.
