RSS STINGER SEAL ASSEMBLY

Description

RSS Stinger Seal Assembly is a tubing-conveyed latching seal assembly designed to actuate the sleeve valve in an RWR Cement Retainer that has been previously set via wireline. It is recommended to run the RSS Stinger Seal Assembly with an STTC Tubing Centralizer at all times, as this facilitates easier entry into the Cement Retainer.

Features

• Enables positive control: lifts the work string to close the sleeve valve, and re-engages automatically each time the work string is lowered to open the sleeve valve, while also helping prevent the seal from pumping out during pumping operations or tubing testing
• Offers versatile release methods (rotate or snap-out release) and features strong compatibility, being usable with Baker Cement Retainers
• Boasts good adaptability, with one size capable of operating multiple sizes of retainers
